Shipping & Returns
We aim to ship out orders between 1 to 3 days after your purchase. You will receive an email confirming that your order is processing. This means we are packing your order and it will be sent to the courier soon. You will then receive a final email confirming your shipping tracking number, this means that your order has been given to the courier.
For piece of mind, we only ship using trackable methods. Should the item get lost then we can refund you. Should the item get damaged in transit then you can make a claim with the courier. Don't worry we pack things really good so the chances of damage would be rare.
If you order from outside the UK, you will pay the price excluding VAT. However you will be subject to import tax in your country. Normally the courier will contact you via email requesting import taxt payment before they deliver to you. We recommend that you pay this as soon as possible because they will return the parcel to us and you will have to pay shipping costs again for us to resend the order.
If we have not processed your order (see Shipping above), then you can request to cancel your order. Please use the Contact Us form. If we have already processed your order and bought the shipping label, we will refund your order minus the cost of the shipping label.
Should you change your mind for any reason then you can return your order within 14 days of your order. The item must remain in its original packaging and be unused. Please use the Contact Us form to request a return. You will be responsible for paying the cost of shipping back. We recommend that you return the item using a trackable shipping method. Once the item is back to us we will review its condition. If all ok (i.e unused) then we will give a full refund within 14 days. If the item has been used and shows signs of wear then we will provide a partial refund only.
We are charged a processing fee by Stripe or Paypal every time you make a purchase from our site. Unfortunately we do not get a refund from the payment processor (Stripe or Paypal) when you cancel or return your order. Therefore when we do refund you, we will not refund the processing fee amount (depending on how you paid it could be 2-5% of your order total). Although this may seem like we are being greedy, the reality is we are too small a company to eat up the losses from processing fees :(
